What is 9to5 Fitness?
9to5 Fitness is a simple app that helps you to take short breaks during your workday to improve one or multiple aspects of you health.
How does it work?
Simply choose an aspect of your health that you would like ton improve and start the timer. Every hour, a timer will ring and guide you throught doing a specific exercise.
Can I do use it if I work in an open office?
Of course, depending on your confidence level with public exercise, you can choose to only show exercises that can be done at your desk.
